I provide clinical consultation and staff trainings in various treatment settings. My specialty is helping staff to identify and manage their own emotional reactions and then use the knowledge and skills they have acquired to better serve clients' needs and have a more fulfilling work experience. Some of the topics I have provided trainings on include: establishing and maintaining professional boundaries, utilizing countertransference, de-escalating conflict, clinical issues around mandated reporting, conflict resolution, taking care of yourself as you take care of others, and working with challenging clients.
